Conditions of participation BINDER Easter Lottery competition.

- General: The organizer of the competition is BINDER Central Service Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as "BINDER").

- Eligibility: All natural persons over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as "participant") are eligible to participate. Employees of BINDER (including their relatives) are excluded from participation. Participation via lottery clubs, agencies, platforms or automated services is also excluded. BINDER reserves the right to check the identity and eligibility of each participant and to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as a breach of these conditions of participation, false personal details, double participation, undue influence on the competition, manipulation or similar. 

- Participation: Participation in the competition takes place when participants answers 3 questions correctly on the BINDER page BIINDER easter raffle 2023 - Win an Amazon gift card (binder-world.com) during the participation period. Participation is voluntary, free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods and services.

- Period of participation and prize: The prize and the period of participation (start, duration and end of a competition) can be found in the respective BINDER competition page BIINDER easter raffle 2023 - Win an Amazon gift card (binder-world.com). Cash redemption or transfer of the prize to a third party is excluded.

- Selection of the winners: The 10 attendees, who answers correctly till the end of the entry period will be picked randomly and get the prize. The winners are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and fees associated with the prizes. 

- Notification of the winners: Winners will be notified privately by e-mail. The winners must provide the e-mail address for the purpose of delivery of the prize. Amazon eGift Voucher will be sent by email to the winner.

- Cancellation of the competition: BINDER reserves the right to change the conditions of participation without separate notification or to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if there are important reasons. BINDER makes use of this right in particular if due to force majeure a proper implementation of the competition is not possible, there is a suspicion of abuse of the competition or the competition is inadmissible for legal reasons. In this case, the participants are not entitled to any claims against BINDER.

- Final provision: Should individual provisions within these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Data protection notice

 BINDER, as the responsible party under data protection law, will process the name and (only of the winner) the email address for the purpose of carrying out the competition (fulfilment of the contract). The personal data will be processed and used by Binder GmbH and BINDER Central Service Co. KG for the purpose of the competition. The data will be processed exclusively in the European Union. 
The data will only be stored as long as it is necessary for the processing of the competition or due to legal obligations. Afterwards, BINDER takes measures to delete the data or to store it in a form with which you are no longer identifiable.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability regarding the processing of your data. If your data is only processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you also have the right to object. If the data processing is based on your consent, you have the possibility to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
